Kids in grades kindergarten thru the 5th grade will have a chance to get messy at the library! Join staff members Lisa and Jen on the first floor of the library for the Green Gnome Garden Club. Participants will have the opportunity to do some digging in dirt*, make a craft, and maybe do a little reading--the possibilities are endless!
(*wear clothes that can get dirty)

One fantastic event, two great times options!

Stop by the library's annex space to join staff member Jillian and some of her special princess friends who will read stories to our little princes and princesses (that's you!). After the stories, there will be a photo booth to take pictures with the princesses. Feel free to attend this event in your favorite prince or princess attire. Recommended for grade 5 and under.

This event will occur twice on June 29th at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Activities are the same for both times.

Join staff member Miss Jillian for rock painting in the green space on the square in Mt. Gilead on Saturday, May 22nd from 11 AM until 2 PM.

MOUNT GILEAD — The Mount Gilead Merchants Association has some fresh ideas to bring visitors downtown starting with the first Downtown Days.

Entertainment and sales are planned for Saturday, May 22, according to Kate Stuttler, co-owner of The Village Gathering Place.
